Exporting Slides, Crosstabs, & Raw Data

Need to take your insights offline? The Download tab in Panoplai gives you flexible export options—whether you’re working in Google or Microsoft.

Download Options

In the Download tab, you’ll see three main export types:

  1. Presentation: Exports data-backed charts/tables into Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
    1. Charts are editable, and come with source data embedded for easy manipulation (Excel or Sheets-backed)
  2. Spreadsheet (Cross Tabs): Export data tables with one question's frequencies per tab. Export into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
  3. Raw Data: Download your full dataset into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), including all closed and open-ended responses.

Google exports are saved in-platform and accessible anytime—no need to re-export or manage links.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Prep in Charts View: Your spreadsheet and slides will reflect whatever filters, stat testing settings, and data cuts are active. Also, make sure to customize chart ordering and groups before export.

  • Segmented Reporting: Need different cuts of filters on charts or tables? Change the filter/data cut and re-export.

  • Stat Testing: Will be included in presentation and slides if enabled in a specific chart when a cut is applied.
