Exporting Slides, Crosstabs, & Raw Data

In the Download tab, you’ll see three main export types:

Presentation: Exports data-backed charts/tables into Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
1. Charts are editable, and come with source data embedded for easy manipulation (Excel or Sheets-backed)
Spreadsheet (Cross Tabs): Export data tables with one question's frequencies per tab. Export into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
Raw Data: Download your full dataset into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), including all closed and open-ended responses.

Google exports are saved in-platform and accessible anytime—no need to re-export or manage links.

Prep in Charts View: Your spreadsheet and slides will reflect whatever filters, stat testing settings, and data cuts are active. Also, make sure to customize chart ordering and groups before export.
Segmented Reporting: Need different cuts of filters on charts or tables? Change the filter/data cut and re-export.
Stat Testing: Will be included in presentation and slides if enabled in a specific chart when a cut is applied.
