Credits are the currency that powers everything in Panoplai — from launching studies with our audience to enriching data with AI, or tapping into expert survey programming. Think of them as flexible fuel that keeps your research moving.

What You Can Use Credits For:

• Launching studies using Panoplai's audience integrations

• Unlocking premium features like multi-study chats and AI-enriched longitudinal insights

• Leveraging Panoplai’s expert programming, survey design, or data upload services

How to Purchase Credits:

1. Log in to your Panoplai account

2. Click "Buy Credits" in the upper-right corner of your dashboard

3. Choose from available packages based on your study needs

4. Pay via credit/debit card or contact support@panoplai.com for custom billing

Tracking and Managing Credits:

• View your balance and transaction history under Dashboard > Credits

• Enable auto-reload to avoid interruptions mid-project

• Admins can monitor usage across teams and projects

• You’ll receive alerts when your balance runs low
