The Verbatim View in Panoplai lets you go beyond the charts and dig into the raw voice of your participants. Whether you’re searching for patterns, cleaning messy data, or tracing individual responses, this view is your qualitative command center.
Search & Filter Comments

Keyword Search: Find comments containing a specific word or phrase.

Filter by AI Topics: Click on an AI Topics to isolate only those comments in the table.

Sort Comments Alphabetically: Click on "Comments" at the top of the table to sort comments alphabetically for easier review.
Clean Up Data

Hide Irrelevant or Nonsensical Responses: Click the eye icon next to a comment to remove it from the dataset (applies to charts, summaries, etc.).

Restore Hidden Comments: Scroll to the bottom and choose “Show Hidden” to review or bring back any excluded comments.

Bulk Hide: Clean quickly by selecting and hiding multiple responses at once.
Use this feature to remove gibberish, non-sensical, or off-topic responses before analysis.
Explore Individual Respondent Behavior

Click on the "person" icon in line with any comment to view the full response set from that participant.
