Summarizing Your Data
With Panoplai, you don’t have to start from a blank page. The Summaries tab uses AI to quickly synthesize what your data is saying—whether you're looking across the full study or at the level of individual open-ended questions.
Summaries help you answer big-picture questions like:
-
What are respondents talking about?
-
What themes stand out most?
-
What messages resonate—or fall flat?
-
What’s surprising, confusing, or newsworthy?
📘 Two Ways to Summarize
-
Study-Level Summary:
Get a high-level synthesis of your entire dataset, combining insights from both closed- and open-ended responses.
-
Open-End Question Summary:
Generate summaries for individual open-ended questions to quickly interpret qualitative feedback without reading every response.
You can access both from the Summaries tab or directly within the Charts tab. Just select a summary type and generate—no setup required.
