Panoplai supports secure sign-on via Single Sign-On (SSO).
What is SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in to Panoplai using your organization’s existing identity provider (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Okta). This streamlines access and improves security by using the same credentials you already use internally. This is recommended for organizations with security or compliance requirements.
How to Log In with SSO

Visit app.panoplai.com

Click “Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft"

You’ll be redirected to your organization's identity provider's login screen

After authentication, you’ll be automatically logged into Panoplai
Forcing SSO for Your Workspace
Panoplai allows organization administrators to enforce SSO as the only login method for all users in their workspace.
To enforce SSO:
- Click on Your Initials > Profile > Teams
- Toggle on "Force SSO"
- Once enabled, users will no longer be able to log in with email/password
