Save your survey before before previewing to reflect the latest changes in the preview.
How to preview:

From the survey builder, click “Preview” in the top right

A new tab will open showing the live experience

Use different response paths to test skip logic, visibility rules, piping, etc.

Copy the URL to share the preview with your team
Use the drop down arrow or "Go to Question" on the preview page to navigate to the specific question you want to test.
What to look for:

Does the logic behave correctly?

Are termination points working properly?

Do images or videos display properly?

Is the language clear and typo-free?
- Is randomization and anchoring working properly on response options?
Reminder:
Preview Mode is for testing only — responses won’t be recorded, and some settings (like redirects or validation rules) may be bypassed. Use it to check logic and flow, not to collect real data.
