Meet Plai, Your Built-In Platform Assistant

Plai is a chat-driven assistant built into Panoplai. It knows where you are in the platform and adapts to what you're doing — whether that's finding a study, building a survey, launching to participants, or analyzing your results.

Where to find Plai

Plai lives in a side panel one click away from any page. On your library and other browse pages, you can also open Plai full-screen.

You can type or click the mic icon to dictate. Every conversation is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

What Plai can do

Navigate the platform on your behalf. Ask Plai to find studies or files by topic, audience, status, date range, or anything else you'd normally filter by. Plai can also open studies, jump to previews, and navigate the app for you.

Design and build studies. Inside the editor, Plai becomes your research methodologist. Draft questions from a description, wire conditional logic in plain English, translate the whole study at once, audit for errors, and restore deleted questions.

Launch a study. Tell Plai your audience, country, and number of completes. Plai finds the right participants and shows you a confirmation summary before anything goes out.

Analyze your results. On the dashboard, Plai understands your filters, cuts, and selected questions. Apply filters, generate insights, download data extracts, or start an AI conversation across multiple studies.

Manage banners. List, create, rename, and delete banners from chat. No banner panel required.
