If you want to use a Panoplai audience, you can either select from existing segments or request a custom audience tailored to your specific needs.
To start:
- From your study dashboard, move to "Edit" mode in your survey.
- From your study dashboard, click Get Data and Launch to a New Audience

Choose Panoplai Audience and click Next
- Enter the number of participants, country, and language you require
- Click into the Target Population box to browse available audience segments and see credit cost estimates associated.
Requesting a Custom Audience
- If you don't see an audience that fits your needs, search for Custom in the audience list.
- Fill in your audience name and description.

A Panoplai team member will reach out to confirm targeting details and provide a credit estimate before launch.
