Translation Services

At Panoplai, we understand the importance of breaking language barriers to collect diverse, inclusive, and global insights.

To support this, we offer translation services that ensure your survey content can be understood by all targeted respondents—regardless of language. We also support translating results to enable seamless collaboration across multilingual teams.

Panoplai supports a wide range of languages, and our AI Conversations are optimized for the language in which the survey and responses are written.

Two Ways to Translate Surveys for Global Launches

You can translate your questionnaires and launch them in multiple languages using one of two methods:

1. Automated Translations (Built-In)

Panoplai includes automatic translation capabilities via our API integrations. These are ideal for quick translations of survey programs or results.

To translate survey questions:

  1. Go to the Survey Results tab and click Edit to enter the Survey Builder.

  2. Click the Globe icon and select Add Language.

  3. Search for your target language.

  4. Check the option to translate existing questions, then click Submit.

Your survey will now be available in multiple languages for review or launch.

2. Manual Translations (Human-Verified)

For higher-stakes studies or markets requiring nuance, Panoplai partners with in-market, professional translators to deliver high-quality translations.

Our translation partners offer:

  • Native-language expertise

  • Fast turnaround (typically 2–3 business days, depending on length and number of languages)

  • Cultural fluency for improved localization

To request a quote or delivery timeline, please email support@panoplai.com or contact your Panoplai sales team representative.

Please include:

  • Your Panoplai survey link or questionnaire document (if available). Otherwise, please provide your survey length.

  • The target language(s)

  • Your desired delivery date
